Sure signal problem

My sure signal has not been working for over 3 weeks now.

I have contacted technical several times now to be told that they would reset my box. I have also reset my box numerouse time but with no avail. I have asked my internet provider to open all the ports sent to me. I have even de registered it as told by technical but nothing works. It is showing green lights on 1, 2 and 4 but none on the telephone one. They even told me that to hard reset my phone as the phone was not picking up a 3g signal but it does away from my house. Don't know what else to do as my wife works from home and needs her mobile. might be a faulty box has I have had it over two years now. 

can some please let me know if it is as then i can look for a new contract elsewhere as vodafone is no good at my house with no signal
