Sure signal problem

I have a sure signal (this is my third one!).
Got my new one yesterday set it up all ok full signal, get home tonight the red light is flashing with an orange world symbol . I am with talk talk dlink DSL-3780 router.
Have tried a restart and the world changes to White then flashes orange

Does anyone know how to fix this problem,?
