yesterday my Sure Signal unit just seemed to die. It is model number: 9361 Home Cell V2-V : S/N 40122410398.

It was working fine and then the lights went out on the front of the unit. I have unplugged, replugged, reset but nothing seems to work. The lights on the back are still there but no signal and nothing happening on the front of the unit

Mine too. Also a v2 box. I have posted a separate message detailing but my neighbour has the same problem and his is a v2 box as well! Come on, Vodafone.......

Mine too. Only power light is showing. I've already posted on another thread but received no reply. My VSS (2) serial number is 40121484469. Going by the number of posts, Vodafone seem to have a bigger issue which they're not acknowledging. Thinking of complaining direct to the top of vodafone. It,s bad enough having to pay £50 for a box to fill in the gaps in the network but when it's terminally unreliable....!
