Sure signal stopped working several days ago.
Red power light on other lights flashing on and off then stopping before starting again after a few minutes and so on.

Hi there
You've not mentioned which version of the SureSignal you are using? If it is versions 1 or 2 it may be worth trying a different power supply as this can often sort out any issues with the device.
Also, have you tried deregistering the device and registering it again on your online account?

The light sequence you describe means that the Sure Signal is initialising.
If this has taken longer than six hours, check the required ports are open on your router.
Once this has been done, reset your Sure Signal.

All required ports have been opened in router for the sure signal.and i have restared many times.
