The issue you’re experiencing: Not able to send or receive texts or calls from home address, even though I have a Sure Signal box. The Sure Signal has worked previously but appears not to be now. I have tried reset. When I try to text I get the message: ‘No network signal. No signal found for mobile networks’

What light sequence you're seeing: Sure Signal 3: solid red light, two solid white lights

@LUCYSARGISSON - The serial number you've mentioned is showing as invalid?

Is your Sure Signal registered?

Double check the serial number and let us know.

Dear Charles

Thanks for replying

The serial Number is 42151658319. I definitely registered it and needed to phone up in order to do so. And it worked (really well) for about a week.

@LUCYSARGISSON I've had a look at your Vodafone Sure Signal via the serial number you've given, however couldn't see any issues.

When looking at your ISP (internet service provider) speed test results, your upload speeds don't meet our minimum requirements

Although your upload speed results don't meet our miniumum requirements, you may still have been able to use the device, however the service you had would have been intermittent.

I'd reccomend contacting your ISP and having them look at potentially increasing both your upload and download speeds, for the Vodafone Sure Signal to work effectively.
