Sure signal refuses to connect

i have a business sagem suresignal device which still has a pattern of lights 1,3,4 flashing in what does not seem to be any order even after several hours of having done a reset any ideas? the serial number is 21197126101. i have completed a tracert to 212.183.133.178

i have been over all the options and as this is the Group IT i have also succesfully enabled sure signal devices on this broadband line previously.
