Vodafone Sure Signal

I received my sure signal box yesterday and was unable to register it on line as I kept getting a page error. I have contacted Vodafone and was told there was a problem on the web page and to try again today, still no joy. Could anyone please advise me when this will be rectified

I posted yesterday that I can't register my sure signal box. Still the same today. Surely if there is a known fault Vodafone should not have taken £50 pounds and delayed delivery until this issue was resolved if there is a way of registering it please let us know

Buddy I am there with you. Same problem. Bought Sure Signal only because of crappy signal in RH1 indoors, outdoors, up a tree etc. Now can't even register the bloody thing. Call 191 and told they are shut. Do Live Chat only to get "just called people who look after the Sure Signal Registration page and they advise trying again in a few hours....". What a load of complete *ollocks!

Does anything work at Vodafone!

Unbelievable trail of woe trying to register a Sure Signal box on the Vodafone website. Sent round and round trying to register and then onto this site - suitably angry 1.5 hours later. Can see others are having the same problem - hey vodafone, here's a thought, how about putting a message on your site advising people not to waste their time registering as it doesn't actually work at the moment!!!!!!

For recods sake, my issue is that after enetering my post code, the following error message apears (first few lines anyway, probably 70 odd lines of code in total).

Will keep for a couple of days and then get money back if not better by then.

Just wasted 10 mins on the phone to Vodafone who seem blissfully unaware of the problem and then are surprised when they get the same error!

Its taken me 2 very frustrating weeks with Vodafone even to get a Sure Signal box delivered so not being able to register now is about the last straw! Wishing I'd gone down the Orange/Signal Boost route now.....
