Can I ask if you have tried the troubleshooting thread as mentioned in Andy’s post?
Also can you confirm that you have left the Sure Signal switched on and connected to your router with an internet connection for 24 hours to allow enough time for the setup?
If you have done this and are still having trouble please let me know your serial number so we can look at the registration for you.
