Vodafone Sure Signal

I have received a sure signal unit from vodafone today, and followed the set instructions. I followed and completed the registration online and set up the device. As expected, the two lights flashed on the front of it for about 20mins when it was first setting up. Then just the system light flashes, but the problem is that it flashed for around an hour and a half, with no signs of stopping and no sign of a better signal on our phones. I pressed the reset button on the back of unit (held it in until the lights flashed) and started the process again. Again, dual flashing lights for a while, the just a flashing system light....... For another hour and a half...... And still no signs of a better signal...... Please help!!

Many thanks for your post here.

Can I ask if you have tried the troubleshooting thread as mentioned in Andy’s post?

Also can you confirm that you have left the Sure Signal switched on and connected to your router with an internet connection for 24 hours to allow enough time for the setup?

If you have done this and are still having trouble please let me know your serial number so we can look at the registration for you.
