Sure signal still won't connect after 2 weeks

After various phone calls and we have tried everything it still can't connect? I am on bt broadband with a download speed of 8mb?

Hi,

 

There was an announcement not too long ago that an issue between the SS and Bt Home a hubs had been resolved. 

 

Appreciate you've tried customer services. 

 

Does anything in these help ?

Thanks yes they said they have a lot of customers s s not working and have to input codes but can't say how long this will take, they did a manual reset from their end today but still not working, we are in an area with no signal with out so very fustrating
