Hi  @Zahy

The Sure Signal’s last showing a connection on 10 February at 20:01, but can see you’ve re-registered today at 09:19.

Please perform the below reset instructions:

  • Unplug the Ethernet cable from the Sure Signal
  • Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports
  • Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds
  • Once the lights come back on, release the button
  • Plug the cable back in
  • Allow around one hour for the Sure Signal to come back online.

Thanks,

Sarah

@Zahy

Please follow the steps below:

  • Remove the other number from the Sure Signal on the admin page
  • Reset the Sure Signal
  • Once it's back up and running, add the number back on
  • Reset the phone when in range of the Sure Signal

Once these steps have been followed, let us know if you see a change.
