Hi everyone,

Please remove your number from your Sure Signal accounts.

If the number in question is the owner on your account, you will need to change one of the other numbers to the owner.

After 24 hours, add it back and turn your phones off and on.

Once you’ve done this, please perform a factory reset:

  • Unplug the Ethernet cable from the Sure Signal
  • Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports
  • Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds
  • Once the lights come back on, release the button
  • Plug the cable back in

Allow around 1 hour for the Sure Signal to come back online.

Disappointing! Two weeks ago your colleague simply did a resync.

As a result of changing a SIM to stay on YOUR network you now want me to delete all data, deregistered the SS, to give myself coverage at home, where you network doesn't reach.

A very poor attempt, please try again.

@Subira

A re-sync doesn’t always resolve this.

Once you’ve re-registered your Sure Signal, if it’s still not working let us know and we’ll re-sync it for you.

Can you pease do a re-sync as I can't get anyone to transfer ownership too.

Thanks

Andy

Everything's working ok now now need re-sync.

Thanks

Andy

i got a new phone with a smaller (nano) sim, same phone number as before. Can you resync my SureSignal Serial number 21224706743 please, or can i do it myself?

@gerardgs I can see that your new SIM is updated to your Sure Signal now.
