Sure signal suddenly stopped working

We've had a Sure Signal box (version 1) which suddenly stopped working last weekend. We have tried turning it on & off again, resetting it & I've just been through all the trouble shooting guides I can find on the Vodafone site.
All the lights apart from the phone call light are kit on the Sure Signal box.
We have 2 phones that use the Sure Signal everyday, neither work & we have tried turning them on & off again.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
