Sure signal v1 - cutting out

Sure signal v1 cuts out after a few minutes.  I have tried resetting it several times and it will light all 4 lights during this procedure however it then returns to a single steady power light before all the lights go out and don't come back on.

 

If I switch off and plug it back in, I get a steady power light for a few minutes before it goes out and then I have nothing.

 

The green and amber lights at the Ethernet port are always on even when there are no other lights on the unit.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.
