Hi, my sure signal v1 has stopped working, It maybe the fact that we have had a power cut?
Anyway I have tried all the trouble shooting but to no avail.
Last time this happened you did something from your end, a reboot I think.
The serial number is 21230012680, at the moment the top 2 lights are solid.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I do really on this for my business.
Thanks
Suzanne

Hi Suzannerangeley,

I've performed a resync of your Sure Signal.

Please follow the steps below to complete the process:

  • Hold down the reset button until all the lights show/flash (about 30 seconds)
  • Keeping the reset button held down, remove then re-insert the power lead
  • Once all the lights display, release the reset button
  • The Sure Signal will come online in about an hour

Thanks,

Matt B

Thanks Matt, up and running now.

Hi,

I have had to change my regular sim for a micro sim for a new phone, but now my sure signal will not work.

I think that it may need a resync - the serial number is21230012680.

Many thanks

Suzanne

Hi @Suzannerangeley

You need to remove your number from the Sure Signal section on My Vodafone, and then re-add it after a couple of hours.

If your number is the owner you'll need to deregister it for at least six hours, and then re-register.

Thanks,

Amanda

Hi Amanda

I have done as asked and have now got full signal but now find that i cannot receive incoming calls - they go straight to voicemail and i cannot recive incoming texts.

I can send texts and make calls no proble!

Please HELP

Hi Amanda - Further to my previous reply - i have turned off my sure signal and can now recieve calls and texts - i would really like a full signal from the sure signal though - is there any remedy?

Thanks

Suzanne

Hi @Suzannerangeley

If you're able to make and receive calls that indicates that the Sure Signal is working.

Do you have more than one device connected to the Sure Signal?

Thanks,

Sukhi

Hi
As per my previous posts I am unable to receive incoming calls and texts when the sure signal is on. I am however able to make outgoing calls and send texts.
I have turned the sure signal off and can receive incoming calls and texts. This does not solve my problem as I need to have a full signal indoors as my business relies on it. A quick resolution would be really appreciated.
Thanks
Suzanne
