Hi my ss v2 isn't working. There are no lights showing at all (no power) and I can't get through to customer services. We have 5 contracts with Vodafone which I'm paying but am unable to use! Could some please help, thanks.

If there's no lights at all it would indicate that no power is reaching the Sure Signal.

 

Please try using a different power cable, if there's no change the device may have developed a fault and will need replacing.

Thanks for replying.
I've tried a different cable and there's nothing happening with the box. What are my options for replacing or repair?
