Sure signal v2 on virgin media super hub 2

I've been trying to set this sure signal up for a couple of hours. Tried all the suggestions I could find. I've checked mtu and that's fine. I've checked upnp and that's enabled. I've reserved the ip with dchp reservation and set up port forwarding. It's still just flashing both lights. Any ideas please. Also I'm unable to access the Vodafone website on my broadband. However I can access it if I use a proxy server. Must be a setting somewhere

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.
