Please could somebody help.
My Sure Signal was working perfectly for a few years but last weekend it suddenly stopped. I've gone through the usual trouble shooting including: factory resetting Sure Signal and router (BT home hub 3) and de-registering and then re-registering but first light keeps on flashing. Occasionally the phone connection light comes on and then it seems to start a new connection cycle when both lights flash, then just one. This keeps on repeating.
Below is the information I think you usually ask for.

Hi Winnifred,
Your ping test and traceroute are fine.
Your speed test may give the cause of your issue.
Your upload speed is showing as 0.14Mbps.
A Sure Signal needs a minimum of 0.36Mbps to maintain a stable connection to our servers.
Re-run the speed test confirm the figure is correct.
If it is, you’d need to speak with your ISP (Internet Service Provider) about increasing your speed.
Thanks,
Andy

Hi, I have experienced the same issue. My Sure Signal Version 2 has stopped connecting to my BT home Hub 3. I am getting the same sequence of lights flashing. Please advise what next steps i need to take to test / fix the issue please?
Thanks
Jamie
