Sure signal v3 not registered

I am utterly fed up with Vodafone.
Sure signal not working again after following all the reset and reboot guidelines.
On logging in I find my sure signal is not registered. But it was and had been for several months.
I also find that for some reason in my account the main mobile number and second mobile number have been swapped around.
I also find that no users were registered on my sure signal account. ( but they were, for many months).
Then on further review of my main account, I find that my email address is incorrect and my mobile contact number is incorrect and relates to one which is over three years old at least. These were changed over 4 years ago so I don't understand why these have reset to some distant settings.

I live in a rural community, but i live only 2 miles from the M4 so not a remote location and a lack phone connection is not acceptable. Sure signal was meant to fix this.

I feel exasperated by the lack of service (again) by Vodafone who have a poor history in dealing with the basic service issues as well as some important failings.

Serial number is 42143942110
Still no 3G signal

Now one bar then none then three then none then no signal
What is going on.
I have a firm red light and the first to are solid with do that is all ok.
Why won't iphone 6 plus work with sure signal
Why doesn't iPhone 5c work with sure signal
Why can't iPhone 4s work with sure signal.

Losing all hope here that Vodafone are interested
