Sure signal version 3 not working

Hello,

My sure signal has been working perfectly fine up until a couple of months ago. All the lights are saying that it is working correctly but there is no signal. The last time this happened it had somehow disconnected itself son I had to re-register. This time I have looked and the box is still registered but no signal. Please help to rectify the problem swiftly as one of the lines is a business number and I am self employed and work from home. Many thanks!

Thank you, I did look at this before I posted and as the lights are the same as if it was working unfortunately this was of no help to me!
