Just in case some having the same problem.
I managed to get mine working yesterday by unplugging the SS, press and hold the reset button on the bottom whilst plugging in (I held reset button for about 15 seconds after plugging in). All lights go out and then after a few seconds I got the Red Power light and then a pulsing white light. It took 2-3 hours to reconnect but after that my 3G was back and all phones connect.

Steve

Further Details - please see results below.

The Sure Signal boots and then after a short while has the Red Power Light on and Two White lights (this is how it normally looks). None of the phones will connect to it.  I have tried deregistering a number and re-registering, but this does not work.

I have also tried on a 2nd Broadband connection and it diplays the exact same light sequence, but no phones will connect to it.

This is the 3rd time this has happened and normally I have had to hold down the reset button for 10 seconds to factory reset and kick it back into life.  This did not work this time.

Is there anything we can do to get it working, or do I need to return it for a new one.

@sventhebrit

Everything you've posted looks fine.

I've checked the Sure Signal and can only see one number associated with it.

I've performed resync as requested and it would be great if you could tell me what lights are showing once it's settled.

Hi Dave
Thanks for doing this.
I did contact the Live Chat on Friday and they tried a few things and then decided it needed to be replaced. It connects OK to the VF servers, but doesn't give out a 3G signal at this end.
The SS was given to me as part of a Vodafone corporate deal, so when I contacted the team responsible for our telephones they asked me to deregister the SS and they could go through their troubleshooting routine to check it before arranging for a replacement.
The have re-registered the device with just the main number and they asked me to contact them on Monday and give them the status.
Since your resync, I have just reset the SS and I also rebooted the phone it is connected to. It went through the Pulsing White light for about 4 minutes and then now has two solid white lights and the the red power light (this normally means it is ready).
The phone registered to it only has one bar and if I make a call from it, the 3rd in use light doesn't come on so I am sure it isn't connecting to it.
Let me know if I can do anything else to it.
Thanks
Steve
