Sure signal via radio wifi

We have just moved and have wifi via radio (rather than satellite or fixed line). Our phone signal is shocking so were going to get sure signal but I've noticed it's not compatible with all routers / types of broadband. Does anybody know if it works with radio wifi? Our provider is Fibre Wifi if that's of any help.

A Sure Signal does need a fixed line broadband connection to work properly.

If you do use radio Wi-Fi, we can’t guarantee it’ll work.

Do you have a friend or colleague who has a Sure Signal you can borrow to test?
