Sure signal won't connect

Hi there.

My Sure signal was working up until last night then has stopped.

I Have reset both suresignal and mt BT infinity Router and opened the ports / assigned static IP address but still no luck.

My connection details are...

Download speed 32.09 Mbps

Upload 6.45 Mbps

Ping 46ms

Jitter 5ms

Packet loss 0%

Line quality A (MOS 4.38)

IP Address 86.178.165.235

Any ideas to get it back working?
