Ive plugged my sure signal in, registered it a week ago and it still wont connect
I get the red light flashing then and two of the indicators are orange.
My Firewall is setup to allow all outbound connections.

Just to add this unit was previously registered to one of my work coleagues who has left the company so we de-registered it from him and registered it to me.

So we can take a closer look into this for you, please provide us with the the serial number of the Sure Signal - this is located on the back of the device.

I have the same issue with my unit. The new suresignal 42165110240 is displaying the flashing red, internet off, 3G lit and connected devices lit. We have just plugged it in on Tuesday this week and it is the unit type with a power socket incorperated. Please confirm if it is visible on your network, the status of it's link and if we need to do a reset (plus how this is achieved on this unit).
