Daverafferty,

I think we have identified the issue. This is the Vodafone UK community. We are only able to help Vodafone Uk customers.

You should have more luck posting your query on the Vodafone IE community

Hi Daverafferty

The traceroute appears to be ok.

Can you let us know what the serial number of the device is so we can take a look at this end?

Also can you confirm that the light sequence is still the same?

DaveCD

HI its the small unit one plug into mains and plug socket on back of it light sequence is solid red loght and flashing white light next two lights are blank

Hi Daverafferty,

The light sequence that you’re seeing shows that the Sure Signal is being configured.

The process can take up to 6 hours to complete and if interrupted, will start from scratch again.

Is it now working properly for you?

If not can you let me have the serial number of the unit (it starts 401)?

Thanks,

Andrew

still not working and seriel number is 40131804722

Hi Daverafferty

Can you double check the serial number? As it is coming up as invalid.

Thanks

Sukhi
