I think we have identified the issue. This is the Vodafone UK community. We are only able to help Vodafone Uk customers. 

You should have more luck posting your query on the Vodafone IE community

Can you look back through the previous conversations which show why this range of address's were registered before the euro database existed. This address is in Mayfair London and can be confirmed on a trace or a rwhois at arin.net. What can be supplied to confirm this

We've looked through the previous conversations.

 

The IP address 130.117.121.146 is registered in Washington, DC.

 

As such, we're not able to whitelist it.

Our address range is verifiably registered as a GB network.
The address range can be verified as being in London.
An rwhois confirms this.
The registration occurred before RIPE was born and since networks cannot be registered twice the information remains at ARIN which confirms that our address's starting at 130.117.121.128 are genuinely in use in London. Since these are verifiably in London can you escalate this request for an in detail confirmation that will allow a whitelist entry for a router at 130.117.121.146

Please contact your internet service provider to discuss this further so we’re able to help.

 

As Ian has mentioned before, this is showing as being in Washington.

 

The IP address we’re checking is 130.117.121.146, is this correct?
