I have inherited a sure signal box and want to register my number but can't as its registered to the previous owner. Can you deregister it please?

Hi there

 

Yes of course the SureSignal device can be deregistered.  You need to contact the original owner who will deregister it from their account, or, if they aren't with Vodafone any more, they will need to call up and have it deregistered.

Unfortunately I don't have any contact address for the previous owner , can anything be done without his input please?

It's a way of protecting the device. 

 

Only the Original owner can request this.
