Hi I am so frustrated with vodaphone service, we have had a sure signal device for a very long time and have not had much problems as such in the past but all of a sudden my iPhone is not giving a vodaphone signal in the house only, when I am out and about I have signal, I have rang customer service numerous times not getting anywhere, I have done all the trouble shooting, resetting, synchronising etc as per instructions, checked sim, turned off phone after resetting, tech team don't seem to be consistent with their advice, or competence to resolve issues? Everybody else in my household registered on the sure signal is not having problems it's only my no,this has been going on for a week, please somebody help me ! I don't know what else to do

I am trying t understand how this forum works , is it the tech team that responds?as I have not had a response to my query?
Can somebody advise please?

Please take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread. If this doesn’t resolve your query, please post your reply either below, or in the relevant thread, together with the details requested, including the following information:

 

  • Your speed test results from here.
  • Your ping test results from here.
  • Your external IP address from here.
  • The results of a traceroute.
  • Your Sure Signal serial number:

 

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

  • Click on Start and select Run
  • Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
  • A black box will appear.
  • In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
  • Paste the output of this command into your reply.


This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
