Sure signal

My sure signal was working fine with three numbers registered I changed nano SIM card for iPhone 6 for two my number and it has been over a week now and two out of the three numbers are still without mobile signal

I did de register my sure signal and still two out of the three number are not working

Can you help please ?

Hi @Zahy

 

 

I see you've had similar issues before from your previous threads. Is none of the past advice working at all. 

 

Try going into the iPhones settings and turn off 4G. 

 

Settings-Mobile Data-Mobile Data Options-Voice and Data-Choose 3G.

I had previous problem and I had to buy a new sure signal - worked fine until I hange the SIM card

Will follow your suggestion and report back

Try unplugging it for an hour or so and try again.

Still I am not getting any signal in my mobile but ad I mentioned earlier one of my three numbers are working, is it come thing to do with my new SIM cards ?

@Zahy You'll need to deregister your Sure Signal and then re-register it to resolve your issue.
