My sure signal is not recognising any of the registered phones. I think this may be because I had a new SIM card recently. Therefore have followed the support advice and tried to change the admin to another user. The other user received an email and now says admin role is pending for that user. Is this right? There are no further instructions.

Hi,

 

The generic advice when a sim swap has been processed is to de register for 24 hours. Then re register and reboot the phones by turning them Off and On. 

 

It can take from 1 hour but up to 24 hours to register.
