SureSignal 3 stopped working - no lights

Hi

 

My SureSignal v3 has stopped working, no lights. I have tried to reset, tried it in different power socket, and checked it is still registered to my account. 

 

What at do I do now, is it usual for a v3 to just stop working? It has been working fine for 2 years.

Apologies if you've looked at these , Please take a look through these Sure Signal Trouble Shooting threads :

If the sure signal 3 remains as it is then it could have gone faulty and need replacing. The manufacturing warranty is 24 months. 

 

If thats been exceeded then unfortunately you'd need to purchase a new one.

Having browsed through the forums there seem to be quite a few similar issues with v3. 

 

Not it very reassuring if you have to purchase a new one every couple of years!

Appreciate what your saying and yes there is a number of posts in connection to the Sure Signal. 

 

What we do not see / hear from is the many that are happy with their SS device and is still working after the 24 month warranty period, to add balance.
