SureSignal Registration Error "VAPGatewayController" WORKAROUND

If 'My Account' Registration options crash with above system errors, use the "Contact Us" link to engage a Technical support person. I selected email option and the Chat option presented itself. This is a secure chat line and it resulted in my box being registered within 15 minutes. Good Luck!
