SureSignal V1 - BT Home Hub 4

Hi,

I've had good service from my SureSignal V1 but in the last month it's stopped working. It's worked fine for over a year on my BT Home Hub 4. I've followed the trouble shoot guides and opened ports, still no luck. Please can you advise, serial no 21223460201.

I am a long term customer of vodafone and it's key that I have good reception at home.

I've checked using the serial number and can see it's still not communicating with our servers.

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
