SureSignal V1 Problems

Hi, I have two suresignals (both V1) which seem to have developed the same fault even though they are in different locations and with different service providers. Nothing has been changed on either sure signal.... both sure signals are displaying three lights.... but when I try and make a call the call light doesn't flash. I had this issue once before and a firmware update fixed the problem. Can you check that both these V1 units are on the correct FW version 21197039015 21225097472 Thanks

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
