SureSignal V1 Re-registration

Hi,

I'm trying to re-register a SureSignal that I've used previously (and de-registered via My Vodafone). Each time I try I'm told that the serial number is already registered. It shouldn't be as I de-registered it myself!

Any advice would be appreciated.
