SureSignal V3 - Intermittent connection issues

Hello

 

Recently have changed my work phone form a HTC (which always worked) to an iphone and ever since it works intermittently...I have tried to reset my account, readd the phone followiung other posters suggestions etc but still it appears to be intermittent.

 

The iphone is running the latest iOS 10.1.1. My SureSignal serial is 40134976535.

 

Please help as I have awful vodafone signal in my house.

Hi

 

I assume you've not had a sim swap performed recently. 

 

Try turning off 4g in the phones settings to force 3g which is what the Sure Signal pushes out.

Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512gb Phantom Black.

 

 

Think you may have nailed it....recently enabled 4G.

Though did swap my sim with the new phone.

Though I did re-register the suresignal and then register like a new device  -so hoped that wlould have fixed the sync issue.

 

now getting 2x orange lights on the SureSignal. :smileyfrustrated:

@gb105185 I've resynced your Vodafone Sure Signal to help resolve your issue. 

 

Please allow 6 hours to pass before resetting your device.
