Hi,
My SureSignal V3 was working OK until yesterday morning when I moved it two a different power socket in the house, since then the Power light and first two lights are both solid so it should be working fine, but my registered handsets are not picking up any signal.

Nothing else has changed. No network changes, handset changes or SIM changes

Hi,
Thanks. I will come back to you once it has reset. The ISP is now Plusnet (as not two days ago). I will upload new network results as well. Thanks

When you say de-regsiter, should I just uplug it?

Hi cuthbeidatacard,
You'd need to login to your My Vodafone account and click on the "Manage my Sure Signal" button.
You'll then have the option to deregister it. Once you've done this, you'll need to re-register it using the same site.
Thanks,
Matt B

OK, I'm now running a new error, so I'm not sure if I should still do this http://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Vodafone-Sure-Signal/My-error-of-the-day/td-p/2280141

In a nice change since last week, I'm now running with Power flashing, Internet off, in service solid and in use solid.
I have reset twice and no changes. No network changes since yesterday when it was working. It has been down at least 8 hours
I'm getting more than a little frustrated now. This is my 4th or 5th unit and they never work.
