We have SureSignal at our home and my GF can use it fully functional w/ her iPhone 4, Signal light is on everytime, when my GF opens her iPhone's radio "phone" light start to be ON. But all I can get at home is gprs which I need wifi to use BlackBerry services.
Both lines are registered to SureSignal and they both set as Admin. I check settings of my SureSignal and BT Home Hub 2 yesterday which everything works good since my GF can use it (she has full 3G everytime)
I contact w/ @VodafoneUK over twitter and they suggest me to open thread here. I need SureSignal to be working because w/ the current coverage I have there's no way for me to use my device.
Regards
Roy

I used many GSM operators, operators from UAE, Lebanon, UK, Turkey, USA and more... I can honestly can say that Vodafone UK is the worst operator ever! I even have Vodafone Turkey sim and their service is much better than Vodafone UKs (even they are also one of the worse operators ever)
All your support team is saying me to post thread here and here I cant get any reply to my problem. You are the 1st operator selling 9900 in UK and your sure signal not workin' w/ 9900 but w/ an iPhone...
When you decide to help me? After I left country on Sunday and return to Turkey? Thanks I dont need it! I'm gettin SIM from another operator. I stay in London about 6months a year and I'll never use your services again... (even I cant use it when I want to).
London Oxford Street: No 3G w/ BlackBerry 9900 and 9800 and also w/ iphone.
London Tower Hill, Stratford, Covent Garden, Picadilly, Regent Street, Westminister no 3G w/ BlackBerry 9900 and 9800 and also w/ iphone. I can write many more locations but It'll be hard for me to write every single street or city name in UK...
Liverpool, Leeds, Bradford even Edinburgh no 3G w/ BlackBerry 9900 and 9800 and also w/ iphone.
Only place that I'm able to get 3G covarage is VodafoneStores...
I never saw "GPRS?" or "SOS" on my phones before except I'm usin' tube...
Thank you for this huge disappointment you gave me...

Hi rroy.
There are no issues with any BlackBerry device and the using of a VSS (Vodafone Sure Signal) unit in general.
It could be an issue with your number or SIM, have you by any chance had a recent SIM card change?
If you could post me your VSS serial number this will allow me to look at the set up.

Hello again.
I've removed your SIM number to prevent you getting any spam, or fraudulent attempts against your account.
What I need to see is your Sure Signal serial number. You'll find it on the back of your device. With this information I will automatically get all the information concerning what's registered on your VSS account, but the number is no use to anyone outside of Vodafone. ![]()

Reminder: I really dont have another 16hrs to wait for your reply. If you not gonna help me just tell me to change my operator! You support team workin' till 8pm but I can not get any reply after 5pm... even it says urgent here on the topic and even your twitter support team member told you to fix this primarily... Check attachment what you givin me...
And also check what it sayin' there: FLIGHT TO TURKEY - 5DAYS I dont have enaugh time to wait you for another 16hrs I already tweeting about this to your support team for a month...
Just say we fixed it.... or you can leave VodafonaUK because we are a firm that gettin money (even more than your UK users since all my calls are international) and not suply services...

Hi rroyy
Thanks for your post back to us here. I’m sorry to hear that this still isn’t working for you I appreciate how frustrating this all must be for you.
I can’t see any problems with how the numbers are set up on the Sure Signal device so I need to have a closer look at things. To do this I’m going to send an email over to the email address that you registered with. All you need to do is hit reply and fill in all of the information it asks for. We’ll then get back to you as soon as possible.
Thanks
Wayne

Reply sent but I can say that I dont have any hope about your firm and their ability to fix this problem. I'll be in Turkey for a month or two after Sunday and you can be sure that when I turn back to UK I wont use any Vodafone services...

Vodafone insurance replaced my BB Torch 9800 with a BB Bold 9900 2days ago.
Since the mobile change, I also have lost 3G signals via the sure signal device.
I had no problems with my BB9800. My wife also has had no problems getting a 3G signals on her BB Bold 9780 via sure signal.
I have checked the settings on my sure signal device and they are ok.
Vodafone, did you resolve Roy's problem? Help please!

Hi DavidCD, I have been away from home all day and only returned now. More likely to be another family members phone that connected. My mobile currently shows 'SOS', my wifes mobile has a perfect 3G connection.
Regards,
Dave
