SureSignal and BTInfinity - Should I give Up ?

Dear Tech support,

 

I have been a sure signal user for many years, still using the original box. However, upgrading to super fast BT Infinity, which I am really pleased with, has the effect of loosing the 3G sure signal.

I have tried everything, followed all the portforwarding instructions and enabled port clamping but with no luck!

Lights 1,2 & 4 green light 3 off.

 

Any thoughts or should I give up?

Hi sah2013,

 

So we can get this checked, try a reset as outlined below.

 

If this doesn’t work, please let me know your Sure Signal serial number.

 

-Hold in the reset button until all lights go solid

-Pull the power lead and Ethernet cable out with the reset button still pushed in

-Continue to hold down the reset button and reconnect the power lead

-Wait for all lights to come on and then release the reset button

-Put the Ethernet cable back in
