SureSignal is Suspended, how can I un-suspend?

Hi

My Vodafone Suresignal (v3) box has been suspended, which is strange as the activation text message only came through on the 15th Decmber 2104. I followed the link included in the txt but there is no information that tells me how to un-suspend. I tried to manage the deivce via the MyVodafone portal, but despite being listed I am unable to manage it or re add it.

I have a solid red power light, a flashing Internet light but no other lights on the SS box.

 

As per other post, plese see below for requested troubleshooting info:

Restarted it, and did a reset (held down reset button for 30 seconds)

Now I have the "Version 3 VSS Lights (Power - flashing, Internet - off, In Service - orange, In Use - orange)" problem.

 

I have added my issue to the following blog as it states to do so, plus I also called 191 and spoke to Nicola who told me she had re-registered the SS, and to just restart it and everything would be fine, unfortunately it isn't and I still have the above symptoms, and according to the post below, "This light sequence indicates the Sure Signal's not active and it has been unable to authenticate on the Vodafone network"
