SureSignal not working

Dear Vodafone Tech Team,

 

Serial Number: 21230525541

 

IP: 86.132.109.151

Ping: 35ms

Up/Down: 56Mbps/16Mbps

 

I have reset SS1 a few times, cannot get it to connect steadily to Vodafone network.

 

Please can you check what the issue might be?

Hi dipakpatel,

 

We can’t order these, as they can only be bought either online or at your local Vodafone store.

 

Keep checking back online though, as I’m sure we should receive more stock soon.

The order got cancelled by the Vodafone online store as they can't get stock in a reasonable time scale.

 

So what are my options now?
