SureSignal v3 suddenly stopped getting 3G signal

stinky_bob
4: Newbie

Hi,

I work in IT and am helping a neighbour out.

Their SureSignal v3 has been working nicely for months. Late last week it stopped working on the 3G side.

The lights are:

1 - solid red

2  - solid white

3 - solid white

4 - off

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot? Router has been up for 20 days with no changes.

Thanks

Hi stinky_bob,

Thanks for providing your Traceroute, everything looks ok. Your IP address is on our whitelist and your speed tests are ok.

To make sure it's up to date on our network I’ve given the SS a re sync from our end. Please factory reset to complete the process.

Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.

-Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.

-Once the lights come back on, release the button.

The Sure Signal will be back online in around 1 hour.

Thanks,

Sukhi
