Hi @RJBC

Please try deregistering the Vodafone Sure Signal and re registering it and perform a factory reset on the Sure Signal.

To do this see below:

  1. Hold in the reset button until all lights go solid
  2. Pull the power lead out with the reset button still pushed in
  3. Continue to hold down the reset button and reconnect the power lead
  4. Wait for all lights to come on and then release the reset button

The Sure Signal will now try to contact the network and download its profile. This can take up to 6 hours.

If this doesn't connect, please let us know if there's a change in the light sequence you can see.

Cheers,

Laura

Laura

many thanks have now done as you suggested deR then Registered was sent email & text to tell me it was active and this was on my account.

my only problem is i have been asked to reset the SS so many times the button has now broken off. Is there another way of reseting the SS.

All i'm now getting is the 2 lights continuously flash which according to the manual it is trying to connect to your system. See picture.

Any further suggestions gratefully recieved.
