Hi. I have an unusual one. I have just upgraded to iphone 5S and my Suresignals dont recognise the change of SIM card into a new phone. I had this before and was advised to deregister and reregister my suresignal which I am attempting to do but when I log into the VF UK website I cant see them any more. I have the serial numbers which are 40130413939 and 40124115342. Can somone from VF UK check them and confirm they are registered to me. I can share the account details privately. Alternatively if there is a number I can call that gets me to the suresignal team that would be great

That's strange. Were both of the accounts for each of your registered devices missing? I can see them each as active from here.
I've sent instructions on how to reach my team here if this is still happening.We'll need to gain account access but we'll be happy to sort out whatever is amiss for you.
