Hi,
As the account I was originally admistering my suresignal box with was de-activated, I assigned it to a different number. However, even though the suresignal box logs on as it did previously and I have added phones to my account, the phones cannot connect to it. Please can you help?!

Yes, even though I have allowed 48 hours for connection to the suresignal and after talking to your technical department on Friday I still cannot connect my phones to the suresignal box today.

Hi Kay,
Just to let you know that the firmware update seems to have worked - all registered mobiles are now connecting to the suresignal box.
