My Suresignal 1 has lights 1,2 & 4 on but I have no 3G signal.  I have 4 phones registered and none can receive a signal.  I have tried to re-set and swithched on and off but this does not make any difference

Hi fuzz0610,

Can you take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread, and then post back your results if you’re not directed to an existing thread?

Cheers, Ben

Hi Ben,

I can confirm I have done all 3 actions, including removing a number and putting it back in. Re-setting and then switching off 3G on my phone and switching it back on.  My phone does pick up full 3G when I'm out and about, but not at home where my Suresignal is.  None of the phones registered pick up a 3G signal in the house.  I'm running high speed broadband, last test 43Mb download, 9Mb upload, latency test 0.22

Hi fuzz0610

So we can take a look we'll need the information requested in the link.

Especially the traceroute and serial number.

DaveCD

Guys, why not simply say what you want and how to get it instead of referring to the link and the thread that take ages to read through and find ?

Hi fuzz0610,

I can see you're running the old software.

I've asked for this to be pushed to the Sure Signal.

Please don't unplug or reset it over the next 24 hours.

Thanks

Ian

Hi

My Suresignal is also showing lights 1 2 and 4 but there is no 3G signal.

Tried numerous resets, taken the battery out of the phone then restarted it,still no 3G signal.

Changed the ethernet cable, rest the router to no avail.

Unegistered and reregistered the S/S.

This problem seems to be common on the forum at the moment.

Would you try a firmware update from your end please.

Thanks Glynn

Sorted.  Thank you

Hi glynnj,

I can’t seem to find your serial number on any of your older posts.

If you can post this for us, we’ll get it all sorted.

@ fuzz0610 – I’m glad everything is now sorted for you.
