Suresignal 1 has correct lights but no 3G signal

My Suresignal 1 has lights 1,2 & 4 on but I have no 3G signal.  I have 4 phones registered and none can receive a signal.  I have tried to re-set and swithched on and off but this does not make any difference

Hi,
I am having the same problem with my version 1 sure signal. We have 3 phones registered and despite the appropriate lights being on, none of the phones are getting a signal.
We have done the trace and the results are:
