Our Suresignal 1 Registered on 09-09-09! has stopped working. The phone can see the signal but won't connect.
Going to the on line account (which has updated UI since I last looked) shows no mention of the suresignal box.
Orginally it was registered to a different number, my work phone, but I have since left the company and it was associated with my wifes phone number.
I can't register it (shows an error), nor deregister as it doesn't show up.
Phoning 191 gives a message about an emergency and cuts me off, live chat is not working either.
Help please!
