Suresignal 1 stopped working

Hello,

 

Our Suresignal has not been working since yesterday morning.  Lights 1 2 and 4 are steady but neither phone is giving signal.  We have tried resetting the device.

 

Please could you resync it?  S/No is 21229799313

We got signal after yet another reset yesterday but this morning it's down again.

 

Could somebody from Vodafone respond please.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Hello,

 

In the end I did the factory reset mentoned in other posts i.e power off / ethenet disconnected / power on with reset button in for at least 30 seconds / ethenet reconnected.

 

Took a long time but now working,
