Hi, I've had my sure signal box for a while and had no problems. The last few days i have had no signal at home. I have tried resetting the box twice, turning my phone off and on, taking my sim out etc but nothing has worked. The red light is on and the white light next to it. My phone is synced with the box but for some reason its just not working. Can anyone help??

Hi babycl,

Everything looks fine with the tests that you’ve done.

Can you confirm if the traceroute gives a timeout after the details you’ve given?

Are you running this from a Mac?

The reason that I ask is that it looks like it’s not reaching our server.

What router are you using?

James

Hi yes it's a Mac and it's virgin media. Yes also it timed out I believe.

Hi baycl,

As everything looks fine with the setup, can you deregister and re-register the unit again after an hour.

This should then go back through the initial setup and download a new profile to the Sure Signal.

Once you’ve done this, let me know how you get on.

James

Hi, i have done as you said but still no signal!! I have no signal in the house which is where i send most of the day, and with a child at school this is becoming increasingly frustrating. The school was tring to contact me today, with no luck.

MIne's not working either!  Just thought you'd like to know you're not alone xx

It's driving me mad. I don't use it to boost a poor signal, I use it to have a signal. No box = no signal AT ALL. It's been fine all the times before, just packed up working.
