Suresignal 2 only has power light on

Hi,

 

Despite doing all the online checks, having all the port settings sorted and trying a new ethernet cable, resetting the box, etc., and having no further joy from Vodafone, my Suresignal 2 is still not working for the last 8 weeks, since we had our BT broadband sorted.

The serial number is 21223476629. Please can you check it remotely as it's really annoying us at home and we need it as we are in a blackspot.

I've just realised that live help is what I have been through on about three occassions before now with this problem and they gave me all the settings for the home hub ports, etc., which I have done. they were the ones that then told me to get help through the eforum! This problem has gone on now for over ten weeks. for this period we have been without a phone signal in our house. I have tried and completed all tests and settings that Vodafone have told me and i have been passed round in circles. Surely if all the settings are correct and previous advisors have told me everything appears to be working ok, then i must be due to be sent a replacement Suresignal Box?! This has got very heated with Vodafone previously and I am still no further forward and paying for phones that I cannot actually use fully in my own home...
